6.19.09 PO!NTF!VE Presents…Steve Melvage!
This Friday I’m stoked to finally have Steve Melvage playing with me @ UL. Steve is fresh off of a release with partner Brian Heath on James Curd’s Greenskeepers Music, which you can preview and download at TraxSource.com and other online music retailers. For those who don’t have the pleasure of knowing him, Steve is a super nice guy. He always seems to have a big smile on his face and hot records in his bag. Several months ago I was at Boom Boom Room and the main room was slamming with all funky jams that I’m not used to hearing in there. It was too dark to see who was playing, and when I finally found out it was Brian & Steve, I was pleasantly not surprised at all. I can’t wait for Friday, and did I mention it’s FREE?!
